My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The customer service was severely lacking, as I faced resistance at check-in and unhelpful staff during dinner. While the location provided beautiful views and access to secluded beaches, the condition of the rooms was subpar, with thin walls and poor amenities. However, the hotel did have some redeeming qualities like the peaceful ambiance and great security.

My stay was quite disappointing overall. I paid $130 a night expecting more comfort and better service, but unfortunately, the rooms were uncomfortable and the customer service was lacking. The location is decent since it's close to the beach, but the amenities didn't live up to the price. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place for families, especially those with children.

I recently stayed at Castillos del Mar and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location is stunning with incredible ocean views, and the onsite bar managed by Ernesto is a fantastic spot to unwind. However, my stay was marred by a serious issue when my belongings were stolen from my locked room, and the staff didn't seem to take it seriously, which left me feeling unsafe.
